Per a prevenir-ho cal\u00a0<strong>reduir el consum de greixos saturats i trans<\/strong> com els fregits i els processats, <strong>augmentar els greixos insaturats\u00a0<\/strong>com la ingesta d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra, l&#8217;alvocat, etc.,\u00a0<strong>disminuir el consum de sucres simples<\/strong> per a un descens dels triglic\u00e8rids en sang i per a evitar una baixada de colesterol HDL (bo) i <strong>incrementar la ingesta de fibra<\/strong> com serien la fruita i verdura.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon icon-Nutricin\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p><strong>Diabetis.\u00a0<\/strong>Aquesta malaltia es basa en la falta de producci\u00f3 d&#8217;insulina per part del cos i aix\u00f2 pot provocar pujades i baixades inesperades de sucre. El tractament a seguir \u00e9s senzill, ja que es limita a <strong>eliminar el gluten de la nostra dieta<\/strong>, aliments com el blat, l&#8217;espelta, la civada o la ceba s\u00f3n exemples a evitar. S&#8217;ha de dir que avui dia existeixen alternatives sense gluten per a poder substituir els aliments anteriors.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon icon-Nutricin\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p><strong>Hipotiro\u00efdisme.<\/strong> Aquesta malaltia es caracteritza per la disminuci\u00f3 de les hormones tiroidals t3 i t4, aquestes tenen un paper important en la regulaci\u00f3 del pes i del metabolisme.<br \/>\nEl tractament diet\u00e8tic passa per un\u00a0<strong>control de les calories i el pes<\/strong>, ja que l&#8217;hipotiro\u00efdisme far\u00e0 que guanyem pes amb facilitat,\u00a0<strong>potenciar els aliments rics en iode<\/strong> com la sal iodada i algues i\u00a0<strong>evitar els aliments bi\u00f2gens<\/strong> com poden ser les cruc\u00edferes (col, coliflor, br\u00f2quil, etc.). augmentant la ingesta de verdures i hortalisses, finalment augmentar la ingesta de greixos saludables com serien els del peix blau, alvocat, fruits secs i oli d&#8217;oliva ens ajudar\u00e0 a millorar
