En aquesta fase\u00a0<strong>el que es busca es prepara el cos per a realitzar exercici f\u00edsic.\u00a0<\/strong>Cap mec\u00e0nic et recomana que arrenquis el cotxe, et fiquis en autopista i posis el cotxe a 200km\/h, primer cal preparar el motor i amb el cos cal fer el mateix.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;escalfament<strong> ha de ser total i ha d&#8217;afectar a tot el teu cos.<\/strong> Aix\u00ed que abans de posar la m\u00e0quina de gom a gom escalfa deu minuts. Etapes de l'entrenament: fase principal<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"5ae85d976fe91c8bb\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \" aria-labelledby=\"toggle_5ae85d976fe91c8bb\"><div class=\"panel-body toggle-content fusion-clearfix\">\n<p>De totes les etapes de l&#8217;entrenament,\u00a0<strong>aquesta \u00e9s la que consisteix a fer l&#8217;entrenament en si,<\/strong> \u00e9s a dir, els exercicis proposats orientats a les teves metes i objectius finals. Aix\u00f2 podria ser la classe dirigida en si mateixa, sigui una sessi\u00f3 de <a href=\"\/ca\/actividades\/classes-de-zumba\/\">Zumba<\/a> o una classe de\u00a0<a href=\"\/ca\/actividades\/bodybalance\/\">Body Balance<\/a>, per exemple.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta fase de l&#8217;entrenament\u00a0<strong>anir\u00e0s desenvolupant les habilitats f\u00edsiques que necessites per a la pr\u00e0ctica concreta que realitzis<\/strong>. A vegades no se li dona la suficient import\u00e0ncia a aquesta fase, per\u00f2 no t\u00e9 cap complicaci\u00f3. Tan sols dedica-li cinc minuts a ajudar el teu cor a tornar al seu batec habitual, amb l&#8217;ajuda dels teus m\u00fasculs.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;anomenat exercici lleuger\u00a0<strong>\u00e9s important en la fase final de l&#8217;entrenament per a ajudar el cos a alliberar toxines i tornar al seu estat habitual<\/strong>.
