Aix\u00ed que explicarem primer la difer\u00e8ncia entre l&#8217;un i l&#8217;altre.<\/p>\n<p>Segons l&#8217;OMS (Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut) qualsevol moviment corporal que impliqui despesa d&#8217;energia es denomina\u00a0<strong>activitat f\u00edsica<\/strong>. Qualsevol acci\u00f3 que exigeixi una despesa d&#8217;energia per sobre del metabolisme basal, que \u00e9s l&#8217;energia necess\u00e0ria perqu\u00e8 el cos realitzi les funcions b\u00e0siques. D&#8217;aquesta manera, pel simple fet de moure&#8217;t quan baixes a tirar les escombraries o vas a fer la compra, ja est\u00e0s fent activitat f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n<p>Quan parlem d&#8217;<strong>exercici f\u00edsic<\/strong> ens referim a una activitat planificada i estructurada i que, a m\u00e9s, compleix un objectiu: millorar la teva condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica i sentir-te m\u00e9s saludable. Anar al gimn\u00e0s regularment, planificar, caminar m\u00e9s de 30 minuts diaris o sortir en bici es consideren exercici f\u00edsic.<\/p>\n<p>I, per acabar, l&#8217;<strong>esport<\/strong>. Es tracta d&#8217;una activitat f\u00edsica especialitzada, que necessita que t&#8217;entrenis, que t\u00e9 un car\u00e0cter competitiu i que, a m\u00e9s, es regeix per unes normes. El nostre pavell\u00f3 acull di\u00e0riament a lligues de futbol, de b\u00e0squet i fins i tot r\u00edtmica. Tots aquests esports en els quals a m\u00e9s de millorar la forma f\u00edsica, tamb\u00e9 es potencia la visi\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gia, la companyonia, les relacions socials i, per descomptat, la diversi\u00f3.
