A vegades cuinar peix al forn fa por, per si et queda cru o massa fet. Per\u00f2 com tot en aquesta vida, nom\u00e9s \u00e9s q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de pr\u00e0ctica i enxampar-li el truc. Prepara&#8217;t!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Peix del dia preparat en filets (el nostre truc: preguntar en la peixateria de confian\u00e7a pel peix de temporada).<br \/>\n1 ceba gran<br \/>\nOli<br \/>\nSal i pebre<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Talla la ceba fineta, en juliana posa-la sobre una safata per a forn.<\/li>\n<li>Salpebra i rega amb un doll d&#8217;oli.<\/li>\n<li>Posa-la en el forn durant 10-15 minuts a 180\u00ba aproximadament. (IMPORTANT: diem aproximadament perqu\u00e8 cada forn \u00e9s un m\u00f3n.)<\/li>\n<li>Treu la safata del forn i remou la ceba. Compte no et cremis! Posa els filets de peix damunt, salpebra-ho i tira-li un doll d&#8217;oli. Tamb\u00e9 pots regar-ho amb el suc d&#8217;una llimona, que li donar\u00e0 un toc diferent.<\/li>\n<li>Enforna durant 10 minuts (encara que dependr\u00e0 del gruix del peix). Sempre pots anar obrint el forn i tallar un trosset amb una forquilla per a veure com va quedant per dins.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>EL TRUC: cada pe\u00e7a de quilo, necessita uns 20 minuts de forn.
