Si est\u00e0s a la recerca d&#8217;una classe de ioga a Barcelona, segurament estar\u00e0s intentant desxifrar tot all\u00f2 que est\u00e0s trobant per Internet: Hatha, Bikram, Kundalini, Ashtanga Vinyasa\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Deixa&#8217;ns que et diguem una cosa important: per m\u00e9s tipus de ioga que existeixin, tots treballen sempre en la mateixa direcci\u00f3. L&#8217;objectiu d&#8217;aquesta disciplina \u00e9s arribar al samadhi (alliberaci\u00f3), entesa com el desaferrament, que permet eliminar el patiment i aconseguir un estat de pau. S&#8217;arriba fins aix\u00f2 ensenyant a la ment i no deixant que aquesta prengui el control de les accions. Vuit branques per a arribar a un estat de consci\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s elevat.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Yama:<\/strong> s\u00f3n els codis que cal tenir cap a les persones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Niyama<\/strong>: s\u00f3n els codis de sanaci\u00f3 o purificaci\u00f3 del cos, tant interna com externa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Asana:<\/strong> postura a trav\u00e9s de la qual el cos guanya flexibilitat i for\u00e7a per a poder aguantar les seg\u00fcents branques, com pranayama i dyana.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pranayama:<\/strong> t\u00e8cnica de respiraci\u00f3 per a arribar a controlar el prana (energia vital).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pratyahara<\/strong>: treball del desaferrament, despulli de l&#8217;ego individual (absorci\u00f3 dels sentits).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dharama:<\/strong> concentraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dyana<\/strong>: meditaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Samadhi:<\/strong> estat m\u00e9s elevat de la consci\u00e8ncia i \u00faltima branca, on es pret\u00e9n arribar (il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El fet que personatges famosos com Madonna o Sting l&#8217;hagin practicat fa que cada vegada tingui m\u00e9s adeptes i que sigui una de les disciplines amb m\u00e9s seguidors. Es diferencia dels altres tipus de ioga per seguir sempre la mateixa seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de postures (Asanas). Totes elles enlla\u00e7ades sincronitzant moviment i respiraci\u00f3 (Vinyasa). Amb els ulls sempre oberts i la mirada enfocada (Dristhi), utilizant la respiraci\u00f3 Ujjayi i activant els cadenats energ\u00e8tics (Bandhas).<\/p>\n<p>A priori tot aix\u00f2 pot semblar molt complicat de controlar, per\u00f2 amb la pr\u00e0ctica t&#8217;assegurem que \u00e9s possible. Amb el temps aconseguir\u00e0s canalitzar emocions que et creen conflictes, el teu cos s&#8217;anir\u00e0 obrint i la ment alliberant. Tot aix\u00f2 et portar\u00e0 a un estat de benestar i pau interior.<\/p>\n<p>El que m\u00e9s ens fascina d&#8217;aquesta disciplina \u00e9s que malgrat que la seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia \u00e9s sempre la mateixa, cada dia \u00e9s un dia nou, una pr\u00e0ctica nova, un nou repte. El divertit amb aquest tipus de ioga \u00e9s veure com avances en una postura. A m\u00e9s, aprendr\u00e0s a acceptar el que vingui, sense exig\u00e8ncies i, per tant, amb acceptaci\u00f3. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el que en s\u00e0nscrit es diu Santosha, un dels nyamas (de la segona branca de les vuit que constitueixen el ioga i que abans hem comentat). Ell\/a adapta la pr\u00e0ctica a cada alumne, afegint postures o ajustant-les segons el punt en el qual es troba en la seva pr\u00e0ctica. Malgrat aix\u00f2, en occident estem acostumats al fet que ens gui\u00efn en les nostres sessions i per aix\u00f2 s&#8217;opta per les classes guiades, com fem en les classes de ioga. Per\u00f2 en els centres d&#8217;Ashtanga Vinyasa Ioga a Barcelona, cada vegada donem m\u00e9s valor a les sessions de Mysore. De fet al setembre comen\u00e7arem a fer algunes sessions d&#8217;autopr\u00e0ctica en el nostre centre.<\/p>\n<p>Sandra Batista \u00e9s l&#8217;encarregada de guiar les sessions d&#8217;Ashtanga Yoga a l&#8217;Aiguajoc.
