Alguns d&#8217;aquests: problemes lumbars per la falta de contenci\u00f3 de la musculatura o el prolapse uter\u00ed, provocant la incontin\u00e8ncia urin\u00e0ria, entre altres. Cal no oblidar que, a m\u00e9s, una falta de to en la faixa abdominal pot augmentar el per\u00edmetre de la cintura. Aquesta t\u00e8cnica consisteix a realitzar una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;exercicis per a refor\u00e7ar la faixa abdominal i musculatura del s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0 (de la dona), en la qual es genera una pressi\u00f3 negativa intrabdominal. Aquest tipus de pressi\u00f3 fa que la musculatura que tanca la pelvis no rebi pressi\u00f3 i, per tant, no s&#8217;afebleixi i, per contra, s&#8217;enforteixi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aquests exercicis s\u00f3n coneguts per la majoria de la gent com hipopressius<\/strong>. Per a aconseguir aquest tipus de contracci\u00f3 has d&#8217;aconseguir fer el m\u00e9s important, tancar la glotis i provocar una apnea respirat\u00f2ria (que ha de ser en expiraci\u00f3). \u00c9s a dir, despr\u00e9s de l&#8217;exhalaci\u00f3 has de fer el tancament.
