Res m\u00e9s lluny de la realitat, perqu\u00e8 ioga, no \u00e9s acrob\u00e0cia ni cap mena de gimn\u00e0stica, \u00e9s un estat: un estat de pau i harmonia. Movent-se conscient a cada moment ens ajuda a con\u00e8ixer les postures, que s\u00f3n un reflex de les postures personals davant la vida. Avui vull compartir amb tu el que fins ara he apr\u00e8s, per si la meva experi\u00e8ncia et pot servir:<\/p>\n<p>Vaig aprendre que fer b\u00e9 una asana \u00e9s:<\/p>\n<\/div><ul style=\"--awb-size:18px;--awb-iconcolor:var(--awb-color4);--awb-line-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-width:30.6px;--awb-icon-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-margin:12.6px;--awb-content-margin:43.2px;\" class=\"fusion-checklist fusion-checklist-1 fusion-checklist-default type-icons\"><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-peace fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p>Estar en ella sense dolor. Respectant un dels principis b\u00e0sics del ioga, la no viol\u00e8ncia \/ <strong>Ahimsa<\/strong>. En aquest cas, no viol\u00e8ncia cap al propi cos.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-peace fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p>Respirar de manera r\u00edtmica i equilibrada, sincronitzada amb el moviment, cosa que permet flu\u00efdesa energ\u00e8tica i generant calor en el cos, que al mateix temps facilita la asana.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-peace fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p>Mantenir la mirada enfocada en un punt, anomenat \u00c9ste ajuda a estar concentrat\/ada durant la pr\u00e0ctica.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-peace fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p>Subjectar el s\u00f2l pelvi\u00e0, activant els tancaments energ\u00e8tics o Bandhas (d&#8217;una manera semblant al que es fa en la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aiguajoc.com\/ca\/exercicis-hipopressius\/\">gimn\u00e0stica abdominal hipopressiva<\/a><\/strong>). Aix\u00f2, juntament amb la respiraci\u00f3, ajuda a mantenir la calor en el cos i aix\u00ed aconseguir estar en una postura i passar a la seg\u00fcent de manera fluida.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-peace fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">\n<p>Recon\u00e8ixer si la ment se n&#8217;ha anat a un altre lloc, fent que els pensaments s&#8217;encadenin els uns amb els altres. Si ets capa\u00e7 d&#8217;adonar-te d&#8217;aix\u00f2, podr\u00e0s retornar-la al que est\u00e0s fent.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>Vaig aprendre a <strong>no tenir expectatives<\/strong>. Cada dia que em disposo a dur a terme la meva pr\u00e0ctica sobre l&#8217;estoreta, aquesta \u00e9s una nova experi\u00e8ncia. Aix\u00ed que potser el que vaig fer ahir, avui ja no em serveixi. La meva pr\u00e0ctica sempre \u00e9s diferent, a pesar que la seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia sempre \u00e9s la mateixa.<\/p>\n<p>Vaig aprendre que hi ha postures que em <strong>frustren<\/strong>, b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 el meu cos no \u00e9s prou flexible o fort o b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 mantenir l&#8217;equilibri sobre una \u00fanica cama em resulta gaireb\u00e9 impossible. Les meves \u00e0nsies per fer-ho tot com en aquestes fotos d&#8217;Instagram o en aquests v\u00eddeos de youtube provocaven en gran part aquesta frustraci\u00f3. Observar el que em passava quan estava en elles em va permetre poder canviar alguna cosa per a trobar-me m\u00e9s c\u00f2moda. Aix\u00ed que a poc a poc he anat transformant aquesta frustraci\u00f3, carregada de lluita i cr\u00edtica, per acceptaci\u00f3 amorosa.<\/p>\n<p>Vaig aprendre que entrar amb <strong>humilitat <\/strong>en la pr\u00e0ctica \u00e9s b\u00e0sic per a poder aprendre de cadascun dels moments de la seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Vaig aprendre a <strong>v\u00e8ncer la mandra<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8 el benestar que sento en acabar la compensa.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3, ioga \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s que una s\u00e8rie de postures. M&#8217;ajuda a prendre consci\u00e8ncia de com gestiono les meves actituds, les meves emocions i pensaments durant la meva pr\u00e0ctica. Centrant la meva ment, respirant i modificant el que sigui necessari fa possible sentir-me c\u00f2moda i en harmonia. I tot aix\u00f2 es veu reflectit en el meu dia a dia.
